Golden Globe Awards: Sony Corp. Bags 4 Motion Picture Awards With 15 Nominations; Post Ceremony Parties At InStyle & Warner Bros, HBO, NBC

The big winner Sunday night at the Golden Globes was Sony Pictures Entertainment, subsidiary of Sony Corp. went into the show with 15 nominations and won four Golden Globe in the motion picture categories, reported the LA Times.

"American Hustle," seized three wins after being nominated for seven categories.

"American Hustle" bagged awards for best movie in the musical or comedy category; best actress in a film, musical or comedy Amy Adams; and best supporting actress in a film Jennifer Lawrence.

Another big hit after its release was "Blue Jasmine," directed by the whacky and hilarious Wooden Allen. Released by Sony Pictures Classics division, Cate Blanchett won the Globe for best actress in a film, drama. She had been selected as a frontrunner for several awards after she was announced as the leading lady in Blue Jasmine.

Both Warner Bros. and Universal Pictures' unit Focus Features won two awards each.

Warner Bros.' won for the movie about space, "Gravity" and Spike Jonze-directed drama "Her."Jonze won for best screenplay while Alfonso Cuaron won best director for "Gravity," a film that starred George Clooney and Sandra Bullock.

After the big bang wins, celebrities spent Sunday night attending aftr-Golden Globes parties at InStyle & Warner Bros, HBO, NBC and many more undisclosed locations.

Taylor Swift decided to go party at the Beverly Hilton Hotel where the ceremony was also held. It was the annual InStyle and Warner Bros. Golden Globes after party.

Matt Damen and Michael Douglas were seen at Circa 55 Restaurant, a hot spot where the stars partied throuhout the night. Drew Barrymore grabbed what she termed a 'pregnant pizza' and posted it on instagram. Backstage after grabbing her statuette, Jennifer Lawrence said she's not really thinking about food, but she will be catching up on 'her drinking.'

Some celebrities skipped the awards and just attended the after-parties including Jamie Chung, Diane Kruger, and Ashley Madekwe.
