Justin Bieber, in a recent wave of rash behavior following an egg throwing fiasco at his neighbor was arrested in Miami for suspicion of DUI. Several charges including driving with an expired license were made.

He was also busted for drag racing while drunk and smoking marijuana. Police said that two SUVs were parked to create an open road for two drag racing cars.

A judge has released him on $2500 bail.

Reports say that the "Baby" singer was laughing while the police took a mug shot. People magazine quoted sources as saying that the grin quickly shifted and was 'crying his eyes out' at the detention center.

"He seems to have crossed the line from bad to sad, he's gotten so out of control," said a Bieber industry watcher, adding, "you just wonder when he's going to wake up and get some help,." reports the NYDaily news.

The singer songwriter whose mother posted songs for him on the YouTube was busted in the early hours of the morning. He was caught driving a yellow Lamborghini and was accompanied by model Chantel Jeffries.

Miami Beach Police Detective Vivian Hernandez said in a Daily News report, "For his DUI charge it's going to be a combination of alcohol and narcotics."

Miami Beach Police Chief Raymond Martinez said that Bieber was arrested after failing a sobriety test. Bieber "made some statements that he had consumed some alcohol, and that he had been smoking marijuana and consumed some prescription medication," said Martinez in a CNN report.

Police said that the pop star was not corporating with the officers. "At first, he was a little belligerent, using some choice words questioning why he was being stopped and why the officer was even questioning him," said Martinez.

The police report read that the singer had a "flushed face, bloodshot eyes, and the odor of alcohol on his breath."
