Beyonce's steamy songs like "Drunk In Love," off her new self-titled album, is making her former Destiny's Child bandmate Michelle Williams blush.
During the 5th Annual Essence Black Women in Music event in West Hollywood on Jan. 22nd, William revealed her feelings toward Beyonce's new album that was released on iTunes without forewarning in December.
"I love her new album," Williams gushed to Us Weekly . "I think it’s amazing!"
Although Williams likes Bey's new project, she admitted she was kinda shocked by the explicit content.
"I was telling someone on the way here how I was laughing," she said. "I don’t know if it’s laughter of shyness or embarrassment because the makeup artist and everyone was listening to her say these things, and I’m like, 'That’s private girl!' We aren’t supposed to know all that. But she is married and has produced a baby, and we know what you have to do to produce a baby so OK!"
The 33-year-old singer made an appearance in Beyonce's music video for her new single "Superpower."
Williams is not sure if Destiny's Child will make another album in the near future, but reunions are a possibility.
"I think we just kind of like doing those one offs," she said, referencing the group's new song "Nuclear" on the 2013 compilation album Love Songs. "I think those are more special."
