Demi Lovato recently took to her Twitter to praise her fans and celebrate her third anniversary of leaving rehab for bulimia and a bipolar disorder.
The former X Factor judge stressed that she couldn't survive her struggle without her fans. In addition, she wishes to be an example for others with a similar problem.
"Happy Lovatic Day... I'm alive because of you all. Thank you... I love you all so much... #3YearsUnbroken," Lovato tweeted. "You CAN turn your life around. You can go through hell AND BACK. It IS possible. NEVER underestimate yourself. I BELIEVE IN YOU..."
Prior to this, Lovato tweeted that this year has began on the up and up with her commitment to working out and kicking off her Neon Lights tour.
"It's a great feeling knowing how to balance things in life. Feeling stronger and better than ever... Not only trying to train for tour, but trying to get ready for @joeyrubino workouts on the road with me... BEST TRAINER EVER!!! #YAY," Lovato wrote.
Lovato's Neon Lights tour starts next month in Vancouver, Canada.
