Samsung Galaxy S4 update problems have been stifling sales of the product and tech enthusiasts are taking a look at the issues on the heels of a Samsung Galaxy S5 release. Though the Samsung Galaxy S4 is the South Korean giant's latest addition to the Galaxy family with millions of users world wide, it also has its share of problems.

Since it was released, several aspects of the Samsung Galaxy S4 were tested.

Harold Hisona of thedroidguy.com acknowledges that the Samsung Galaxy S4 is one of the 'most powerful smartphones available on the the market.'

However, he adds, "But despite its power and popularity, it is not free from problems and errors. In fact, thousands have already been complaining about some pressing issues they have encountered just weeks after they have bought their phone," That can be a real bummer.

Here goes a list of complaints, users have problems with:

The no. 1 problem for Samsung Galaxy S4 users is 16GB variant of the S4. If someone is using this version, he/she may not know what hit them because Samsung unfortunately blocked the 'Move to SD Card" on this phone. Not pleasing info.

However, users have to be thankful for the impending release of Android 4.4 KitKat, and that should take care of this problem.

Some developers have also pointed out that users are not aware of the built in S Lag. This is supposed to take care of device lags that occurr for no apparent reason.

In case lags are a Samsung Galaxy S4 update problem for you, you can turn on developer options to stop animations from running by doing this:

According to thedroidguy.com, "Go to Settings, Scroll to and tap About Phone., Scroll to the bottom to find the Build Number. Once found, tap on it (yes, on the Build Number) at least 7 times, go back to Settings and you will now be able to find Developer Options."

Among other problems encountered include email deletions, no Wifi connectivity or WiFi keeps dropping, Freezing of apps, Galaxy S4 battery drain, and Gallery Freezes.
