Technically speaking, the Android 4.4 KitKat is available only for the Samsung Galaxy s4 with just Sprint Galaxy S4 and a Korean version, Galaxy S4 LTE - A. However, analysts say that the tech saavy can get their hands on the most recent firmware.
Sam Mobile, technology website, posted details of a test firmware on Monday. The Android 4.4.2 build version I9505 XXUFNAD for the GT-19505 model. This build was created for Europe and is dated Jan. 28.
Some of the KitKat 4.4. features are the white status bar icons, loaded with emoji keyboard along with wireless printing. It is likely to contain bugs since it may not be a final build.
Although it is not recommended to install firmware on your Galaxy S4. Nonetheless it is out there.

As far as a rollout is concerned, the Android 4.4 firmware leak is not the first of its kind in a Samsung Galaxy S4. There was a previous leak in Galaxy S4 GT-1905 model. There have been several problems linked to the updates on Samsung Galaxy S4, and there is a recommendation that the 4.4 KitKat will take care of it.
So far it seems that Galaxy models are updating at random. The Galaxy Note 3 4.4 update rolled out started in Europe and Asia. After the Korean Galaxy S4 LET-A, Sprint Galaxy S4 was ready for an update.
Often leaks of software indicate that a rollout isn't too far away. The first Android 4.4 KitKat update occurred in Poland for the Samsung Galaxy Note. Rumors suggest that older Samsung phones like the Galaxy Note 2 and Galaxy S3 could update to 4.4 in the latter part of 2014 Q1 following the Gallaxy S4 rollout.
