Justin Bieber hit the beach days after being arrested for DUI, marijuana and prescription drugs in Miami. Justin Bieber posted a topless instagram video showing him "having fun" on a skateboard.

According to - nydailynews.com, Justin Bieber's arrest didn't stop him from having fun in Panama Beach with model Chantel Jeffries and friends riding quad bikes.

Justin was seen jumping from the quad bike to the sandy shores of Panama Beach. Some pictures show Bieber sitting on rocks while Jeffries walks past him in her bikini. Fans run after Bieber and try to get a glimpse of the teen star.

After pictures were revealed, it was reported that Justin Bieber posted a video on instagram with the caption "having fun."

In a break from company protocol, Lucian Grainge, Justin's record label boss, made a public plea for Bieber to take a break from music. Grainge fears for the singer saying "He needs help."

AT the after show party of Universal Music Group Grammys at the Ace Hotel in Los Angeles, Grainge told nydailynews.com "I'm very concerned about him. I've been concerned about him for many months"

Bieber's manager, Scooter Braun, apparently agrees. Braun told nydailynews.com "He needs help. He needs an intervention. We are going to give all the support as a company to take as much pressure off him so he can look forward. Hopefully, we will all get through to him. But what people don't understand, he's a 19-year-old.You cannot just pick someone up and force them to do something if they are not ready. All of us around him need to take all the responsibility, all the pressure off him and give him support so he can address the issues he has - and he does have issues. And I'd like it to be dealt with."

It's not only Justin Bieber's management who are concerned about Bieber recent issues. Bieber's mentor, Usher, together with Braun, flew to Panama in an attempt to convince him to go into rehab.
