HTC One 2 M8 release date has been categorized as 'early 2014' by some reports, while others say that the launch will happen in March at another gala event like the one we saw Samsung do for the Galaxy S5 at the MWC 2014 in Barcelona.
HTC One 2 M8 release date is supposedly March 25 and it's set in London. The tech firm surprised everyone since it is exactly one day + a year after the launch of the HTC One.
HTC tweeted, "The best is about to get better," indicating that it will expose the HTC One 2 M8 at the right time. It also displayed a save the date image for March 25.
The price tag on the HTC One 2 has not been divulged.The HTC One successor will come jam-packed with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 and a a 4MP ultapixel cam. It is also not clear how the HTC One 2 will utilize the twin camera sensors. It is a known fact that the HTC One 2 will be outfitted with a Sense UI
A mini HTC One 2 is also planned for the M8, with .a 4.5in 720p screen, a Snapdragon 400 processor and a 13Mp camera.
According to Paul Briden of Knowyourmobile, the HTC One delineated itself as one of the best smartphones of 2013.
It was considered to be the premier hanset of 2013 as it hovered over some strong contendors from Samsung, LG and Sony. Adding HTC's custom skin,'Sense' was one of the smartest things it's done.

After the leaked video took its time running on YouTube, HTC decided to release its own teaser trailer representing the HTC M8. Referred to as the 'Metalhead' video, it beefs up the aluminum unibocy manufacturing.

The "All New HTC One" as the HTC One 2 will be formally labelled, will come in grey silver, and gold. This was confirmed by @ evleaks. Twitter's @evleaks was the first to share glimpses of the All New HTC One.
