Ubisoft has just confirmed the Game of the Year Edition for Assassin's Creed, the Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag Jackdaw Edition.

Available exclusively through Amazon in the UK from March 28, 2014 and only for PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, the "Jackdaw Edition" will contain the main game plus all Season Pass content.

The Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag GOTY "Jackdaw Edition" has the following downloadable content as noted by Ubisoft:

Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag: Freedom Cry - This nine mission self-contained story featuring Edward Kenway's first mate Adewale. Born a slave, Adewale found freedom as a pirate aboard the Jackdaw where he became Edward Kenway's second-in-command. 15 years later, Adewale has become a trained Assassin who finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue without weapons or crew, starting a new adventure of his own.
