One Piece: Unlimited World Red US release has been officially confirmed by Namco Bandai!
One Piece: Unlimited World Red will be released for the PlayStation 3 and Nintendo 3DS as physical games available at retailers. The Nintendo Wii U and PlayStation Vita versions will be digital only. In Europe, the games will be physical for all four platforms.
One Piece: Unlimted World Red allows for up to four players to play together, and players can explore the world of One Piece with their friends. Players can embark on different quests and battle enemies with many of the manga and anime's familiar characters. The game also allows players to fish, catch bugs, hunt for treasure, and more to develop and train their characters. The game features the original character Red (voiced by Masachika Ichimura), the game's nemesis who aims to be the Pirate King just like Luffy. Standing in his way are the Straw Hat Pirates and a new raccoon character named Pat.
The exact release date has not yet been announced, but the game will be out later this year.
