Titanfall players in Australia, Oceania and South East Asia can enjoy local servers from the end of this week, Respawn Entertainment has announced.
Respawn boss Vince Zampella broke the news on Twitter.
"Aussie servers coming online, starting Friday morning and building capacity each day," he said.

An EA Australia spokesperson confirmed with Polygon that the Sydney-based servers will go live Friday local time and issued a statement that the company is confident the addition will give local players "a great experience. "
"EA, Respawn and Microsoft are excited to share the news that Titanfall players based in Australia and New Zealand will be able to connect to Australian-based servers on all platforms," the EA Australia spokesperson said in the statement, which was also later issued by Microsoft.
All of Titanfall's servers across all platforms are on Microsoft's Azure platform and, previous to this announcement, the closest operational data centre available to Australian Titanfall players was located in Singapore. The confirmation follows Zampella's tease earlier this month where he tweeted that "we'll have good news soon for aussies."
EA South Africa announced on its official Facebook page last week that Titanfall will not see a release in South Africa following poor performance in the region during its beta tests last month. The South African region does not have a local data centre available for local players.
