Miley Cyrus' infamous tongue signature has gotten to a whole new level of both weird and innovative. The "Wrecking Ball" singer showcased a fancy new way to make an entrance: a "Tongue Slide" in her Bangerz tour concert.

Everyone seemed to be amused by it, but one construction worker wasn't happy. He sued Miley Cyrus because of an injury he sustained during its construction.

Tthe construction worker, Charles Nicholas Sarris, was one of the few men who were hired in constructing the tongue slide. He sued Miley Cyrus, and particularly ShowFXInc. , a Los Angeles- based company that commissioned the whole prop.

Charles Sarris claimed he was injured during the construction and stated that the "equipment and tools provided for him failed!" and the company didn't brief him on the dangers involved in the job.

Sarris is seeking unspecified damages for the whole incident.

This isn't the first time someone was injured during Cyrus' concert tour. Last February 20 in Anaheim, California, opening Act Sky Ferreira fell during her first song, cutting her leg open. She immediately hospitalized afterward and received 60 stiches according to reports on Pitchfork.
