One of the most talked about Miley Cyrus news this week was her controversial photo that showed her rolling up a joint. The picture was taken and posted by Flaming Lips frontman Wayne Coyne on Instagram. His caption for the photo was "Yup...... Recordin with Miley... High as fuck...."

The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker was recording a cover of a popular Beatles song for Flaming Lips when that photo was taken. The band and the 21-year old singer started to gain a mutual liking for each other when Wayne Coyne and Steven Drodz jammed with her during her Bangerz Tour.

Speaking of Bangerz Tour, the latest Miley Cyrus news update is about the singer's tour bus going up in smoke! It isn't like the classic Cheech and Chong movie that went up in smoke because of weed, but real fire destroyed the Bangerz tour bus.

According to Yahoo Music, a bus belonging to her entourage caught fire and was destroyed by the blaze late Monday night en route to New Orleans from Houston. This unfortunate incident was confirmed by Miley's little sister. Noah tweeted, "bus down" together with a photo of the bus' remains.

An insider revealed that Miley's 14-year old sister was the one riding the bus together with their mom Tish Cyrus when the bus went up in flames. Based on reports, no one got hurt in that incident, but E! News said that Tish and Noah lost all of their belongings and personal items.

Noah Cyrus assured everyone that they are fine as she tweeted, "Thank u God for keeping us safe." While fans worry about the Miley Cyrus news, the infamous twerker was seen partying in New Orleans. Nola.com reported that the singer jumped on stage at Cats Meow on Bourbon Street and even sang and twerked with the crowd. I guess for Miley, the show must always go on!
