There were rumors that what is pushing back the release of the upcoming Ubisoft's classic, "Watch Dogs" is their violent graphics which was said to have taken another notch in their latest installment. It turns out to be true.

The new Watch Dogs video game was re-rated by the Australian Classification Board according to a report from Aus Gamers on March 13.

The new intellectual property was originally given a "MA15+" rating. However, the board may have took a second look and suggested that the software product will be rated "R18+."

To explain the terms used by the ACB, "strong impact" is now use to classify contents relating to drug use and sex. The first "Watch Dogs" installment used to be under "mild to moderate" content.

If we are going to base what to expect on the rating change, Ubisoft may have given "Watch Dogs" a more mature make-over during the past several months. The new Ubisoft game was initially set to release in late 2013 but was held back for quality concerns.

The controversy regarding the quality was based from fans' reactions that the latest trailer looks sluggish compared to their prior videos. There were strong denials from the memebers of the development team.

In related news, Gameranx.com shared a discovery that may be included as an alternate world for the new Watch Dogs game.

www.chicago-ctos.com looks like a promotional site that is meant to show off CTOS like a real company working for Chicago. Other possibilities could be that it is an alternate reality game (ARG).

Fans who went through the code found a puzzling surprise: images of Aiden Pearce, Jordi Chin, Clara Lille, and the still - unexplained Watch Dogs logo.

They also found a morse code message that is transalted to: "You're never be free again."

What it all means, we have yet to find out, but the element of suspense did get to gamers everywhere.

Ubisoft recently announced the official release date of May 27 for the PC, PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and XBox One versions of "Watch Dogs." The same title will be released for the Wii U platform at a later date.
