Watch out Batman fans, looks like Fox's new television drama Gotham has released some behind-the-scenes photos that showcases Gotham's characters: Police officers James Gordon and Harvey Bullock, and Oswald Cobblepot or the villain known as Penguin.

The prequel Gotham series focuses on the early career of James Gordon in Gotham city as he fights crime way before Bruce Wayne donned the iconic cape and cowl of Batman. The cast of Gotham that were showcased in the BTS shots includes Ben McKenzie (The O.C., Southland) as James Gordon, Donal Logue ( Sons of Anarchy) as Harvey Bullock, and Robin Lord Taylor ( The Walking Dead) as Oswald Cobblepot/Penguin.

The BTS shows a still photo Gordon and Bullock sitting on the stairs in front of a building, Penguin a newspaper with a peculiar headline that indicates that both cops have arrested Joe Chill, the murderer of Bruce Wayne's parents, and a chase scene that involves Gordon running to a building and pointing someone at gun point.

Gotham also stars Sean Pertwee as Batman's butler and friend Alfred Pennyworth , Zabryna Guevara as Captain Essen of Gotham Police Department, Erin Richards as Barbara Kean, Gordon's fiancée, Camren Bicondova as the young Selina Kyle who would become Catwoman, and David Mazouz as the young Dark Knight himself, Bruce Wayne.

Bruno Heller of The Mentalist will write the pilot script and will serve as an executive producer with Danny Cannon directing it.
