Watch Dogs will be released in PS3 and PS4 this May 27, Ubisoft confirmed.

But the known game developer is following tradition with its recent games that PS3 and PS4 owners will get access to an exclusive new set of missions and goodies if they buy Watch Dogs for the two aforementioned Sony platforms, as reported by computerandvideogames.com.

Ubisoft said in a statement: "We can confirm that customers who will purchase Watch Dogs DLC on PS3 or PS4 will be able to download 60 minutes of additional gameplay via the PlayStation Network after the game's launch.

"The scenario takes place after Aiden Pearce, the vigilante hero of Watch Dogs, catches the eye of DedSec, a notorious hacker group fighting for freedom and security in the digital age. Aiden receives an encoded message asking him to help some members of this organization who want payback. Pearce must use his knowledge of Chicago's complex ctOS network to discover digital vulnerabilities in Umeni Technologies' security network and earn his reward," Ubisoft discussed on its blog about the new quests.

Four Exclusive Missions

• After Aiden gets tangled up with notorious hacker group DedSec, he'll receive a message from some members who need his help. Aiden will take on the security network of Umeni Technologies and, using his brains and brawn, deliver payback for DedSec. These missions will deliver 60 minute of gameplay, and will provide even more insight into the mysterious group of hackers who are on the front lines of the fight freedom and security.

Hacking Boost

• Upon completion of these missions, players will receive bonus tech points.

White Hat Hacker Outfit

• Also unlocked upon completion of the four missions.

The missions can be finished in an hour 1 hour and is designed to offer a deeper look on the Watch Dogs' world.
