Suits Season 3 Episode 15 Recap: Mike had been really wanting to stop being a fraud and thought about the investment banking job that was offered to him by Sidwell. He told Rachel about this, but she evades telling him what to do. He planned on telling Harvey, but he wasn't around. Ross told Donna and she was not happy about it.
The case of the week opponent, James, arrived at their office telling Harvey regarding the suit he will file against their client's IPO. Just when Mike was about to tell him his job offer, Harvey asked Mike to look for the weakness of their opponent, which they found out to be gambling. He then wanted him to come with him when they play poker against James, but Mike had plans to meet with Jonathan Sidwell. Harvey tells him that he should take the job, which can make him play at the major leagues but at a different category.
Mike, still undecided, comes to Rachel again to ask her opinion. She wanted him to take the job. Harvey had processed his feelings with the help of Donna regarding Mike leaving. He doesn't want it to happen because after all the things they have gone through Mike should have stuck with him. Scottie even told him to tell Mike that he wanted him to stay.
Their opponent, James, had been on and on finding different things from the past against Harvey and Mike. He even brought up that they bribed witnesses during the Hessington Oil's case which when reported to the state bar will get both of them disbarred. However, they didn't back down and Mike found out the perfect thing to shut him up. The final bluff paid off and Harvey let his associate to shove it down their opponent as his going away gift.
Mike went to Lola to hack into the state bar for his name to be entered in it. This just means he has decided to stay in Pearson-Specter.
