Meredith admitted she was jealous of her friend, but she threw a surprise toast for her which covered it up pretty well.
Alex had realized that his place is in a private practice. Callie and Arizona had talked and both agreed that they wanted a new baby. Cristina and Owen celebrated at the vents with a bottle of champagne. She had spent her day focusing on her job and enjoying her moment in the dimmed spotlight.
