Lisa Vanderpump has been struggling with constant attacks from her RHOBH co-stars.

It seems like the rest of the world is catching on as Vanderpump is sued once again.

TMZ reports that former Villa Blanca waitress Karina Bustillos filed a suit claiming a manager at the restaurant sexually assaulted her.

Bustillos reportedly claimed that the manager tried to kiss her, called her a "c***," and violently grabbed her wrists.

The waitress stated that Lisa Vanderpump refused to do anything about the assault, despite her knowledge of it.

The RHOBH star told TMZ that the lawsuit is "ridiculous."

Bustillos is reportedly an out-of-work actress who has admitted that she has been fired several times, once for drinking on the job.

Vanderpump also clarified that she knew nothing about the accusations until the case was filed.

According to examiner.com, the restaurant manager, who is also being sued by Karina, has a clean track record and has been Lisa's employee for years.

Lisa Vanderpump stated to TMZ in regards to the allegations, "Of course I take it seriously. We've looked at all the cameras and there's no sexual harassment. This is just a disgruntled employee."

The trial will start Monday. Vanderpump's former employee is suing for $5 million for sexual assault and battery. Lisa has offered Bustillos a chance to settle for $40,001.

The offer must be accepted before the start of the trial or it will be taken off the table.

This is the third lawsuit that the RHOBH cast member has had to deal with. Her and her husband Ken Todd were sued for allegedly "stealing" the location and idea for P.U.M.P.

Ken Todd has also recently been in trouble with the law as he is being sued for battery, assault, slander and abuse of process by two construction workers he attacked, according to seattlepi.com.
