With Adrian Gonzalez looking to keep his power surge going, the Dodgers will try to extend a five-game road winning streak in their first away game against the archrival Giants this season.

Gonzalez, though, could have a tough time continuing his home run binge at pitcher-friendly AT&T Park against Tim Lincecum on Tuesday night.

Gonzalez will try to end his problems against Lincecum (0-1, 9.90 ERA), who struggled in his second start of the season Wednesday. The right-hander gave up seven runs in four innings of his second straight matchup with Arizona, a 7-3 defeat.

The two-time NL Cy Young Award winner has gone 4-1 with a 2.55 ERA in his last seven starts against the Dodgers and 4-1 with a 2.18 ERA in 10 all-time home matchups.

Gonzalez is 11 for 52 (.212) with no home runs against Lincecum. He homered in five straight games once before May 10-15, 2009, while with San Diego.

The first baseman has batted .210 with one home run in his last 19 games against San Francisco and .188 with no homers in his past 10 road meetings. His overall homerless streak at AT&T Park is at 12 contests and he has six home runs in 55 career games there.

The Giants (8-5) have given up a major league-low 858 homers at home since the stadium opened in 2000 and Los Angeles went 3-6 there last season.

Los Angeles' Josh Beckett will be looking to rebound from a lackluster season debut, as he gave up five runs in four innings of a 7-6, 10-inning loss to Detroit on Wednesday.

Beckett allowed five runs over six innings in his only start against the Giants last year, a 5-3 loss April 3. The right-hander has gone 2-2 with a 3.42 ERA in five career regular-season games at AT&T Park.

The Giants took two of three from Colorado over the weekend and bounced back from a 1-0 defeat Saturday with a 5-4 win in 10 innings in the series finale. San Francisco has played six one-run games this season and four in a row.

"This was a big game," manager Bruce Bochy told the team's official website. "We're showing already that we're going to play a lot of tight ballgames."
