PlayStation 4 owners get ready for the new updates that are coming soon to your consoles as it includes Share Factory video editing, automatic pre-downloading, and removes HDCP from the console.

The new PlayStation updates 1.70 were announce via PlayStation Blog and the new updates includes the Share Factory editing software which is described as a "rich video editor app." Share Factory allows users to combine a number of clips, add special effects like filters, transitions and themes, add text, stickers or music, and deploy picture-in-picture video commentary. PlayStation 4 user will also be able to record smaller chunks, nominate who they want share with, and remove default saves. Share Factory videos can be uploaded directly to Facebook, or exported to a USB stick to take to another device, for uploading anywhere.

Another function of the update 1.70 is the removal of the HDCP from the PS4′s HDMI output, meaning you can capture and stream using any capture device with HDMI in.

The last function is the ability to download games you've pre-ordered before they're released, so you can play as soon as they go live. It can be set to trigger automatically in the PS4.
