Zoe Saldana will be starring in the NBC remake of "Rosemary's Baby."

From the first trailer of the film that has been released, it's clear that Zoe will be losing her mind for this project. We have to say, it looks like she's doing a good job going insane.

According to the Daily Mail, Zoe Saldana will be playing Rosemary while Patrick J. Adams will be playing her husband, Guy.

The remake of "Rosemary's Baby" is set in a Parisian apartment, which reportedly has "a darkly storied past."

The new NBC miniseries is directed by Agnieszka Holland who also directed television hits including "The Wire" and "The Killing."

Indiewire reports that the first two hours will premiere on NBC on May 11 with the final two hours airing later that week on May 15.

When Mia Farrow took on the role of Rosemary in the iconic 1968 horror film, she had won critical applause as well as a world wide fan base.

We're wondering if Zoe Saldana will satisfy or disappoint her already booming fan base with her chilling performance.

"Rosemary's Baby" also has a cult following, which means that those watching (or not watching) will be die-hard fans of Ira Levin's 1967 best-seller.

During the short, but telling trailer, we see the expectant mother begin to suspect her husband and the neighbors (played by Jason Isaacs and Carole Bouquet) have ulterior motives for the baby.

As expected, the sonogram shows abnormalities as the doctor tells a concerned Zoe Saldana, "There are some things in this ultrasound that I've never seen before."

As fans await the premiere of Zoe Saldana, many people are talking about the upcoming "Guardians of the Galaxy," which also stars the "Avatar" actress.

The Marvel Studios film will be released on August 1, 2014.
