KBS2TV drama "Generation of Inspiration" is negotiating about the situation of fees not being given and is talking to the actors.
A staff member of the management company Ray & More said to OSEN on April 17th, "We sent a document regarding the 50% change in the actors' fees. This is not an unilateral pay decrease but a matter that is bein negotiated between the management company and the actors.
At this, he added, "There is a place that has taken in a suggestion and it is being disbursed in the order of priority. Even the parties that are not negotiating have resources that the management is preparing and the fees will continue to be disbursed."
"Generation of Inspiration" that ended on April 3rd was loved for its great fancy action-filled media and ended in 1st place but kept on having to dealing with the tag of not having paid actors' fees.
According to actors in "Generation of Inspiration", among a portion of the main and supporting actors, if one is part of a labor union, about 70-80% of the fees were received, but the entire guarantee of the staff and cast has not been given. The staff members have said that it will distribute all outstanding fees by May 15th.
