Miley Cyrus' Bangerz Tour is going through some changes.

CNN reports that the American division of the Bangerz Tour is now officially over due to an "extreme allergic reaction" to an antibiotic.

Miley Cyrus' representative released a statement on Friday stating that "all remaining U.S. dates on the Miley Cyrus 'Bangerz' tour have been postponed."

The show scheduled next week for Philadelphia, at Foxwoods casino in Connecticut, and on Long Island, New York are to be postponed.

Miley Cyrus is currently in a Kansas City hospital, trying to recover from her allergic reaction.

Miley had recently tweeted, "Sick of waking up to needles. #goingthruit."

The "Bangerz" hit maker had to cancel a show in Charlotte, North Carolina last week because of a flu-like illness. She then had to cancel performances in Kansas City and St. Louis as her condition worsened.

The European part of the tour "will proceed as planned," starting with a May 2 date in Amsterdam.

It has been reported that Cyrus will be resuming her tour in the U.S. this summer.

The dates have been set between August 1 and August 14 to replace the recently canceled ones.

As Miley Cyrus plans to continue her Bangerz Tour, she has been shocking her fans with her past performances.

Apparently, her fans weren't the only ones that she had shocked. The Daily Mail reports that the 21-year-old singer's godmother Dolly Parton has been "very worried" about the former Disney star as well.

The 68-year-old singer told The Sun that when Cyrus had had enough of dealing with her squeaky clean Disney image, she told her godmother, "I need to murder Hannah Montana in order for people to accept who I really am."

The "Wrecking Ball" singer had also talked about her love for marijuana and experience with coke.

She reportedly told Rolling Stone, "I think weed is the best drug on earth. One time I smoked a joint with peyote in it, and I saw a wolf howling at the moon. I really don't like coke. It's so gross and so dark."
