"Girl Meets World" spoilers have been circulating the Internet as of late, to the joy of "Boy Meets World" fans.
"Girl Meets World" is set in New York City and is centered on Riley, Cory and Topanga's tween daughter Riley and her friend Maya.
"Boy Meets World" fans have described Maya as Riley's Shawn, which suggests the show will focus on Riley getting into a considerable amount of trouble throughout the first season.
According to Ohnotheydidnt, it has been reported that Cory is a middle school history teacher in the highly anticipated show. The first season is set to have 21 episodes.
Creator Michael Jacobs described the show stating, "Girl Meets World is a new show for a new generation that will be rooted in the same kind of honest, comedic storytelling about coming of age and the importance of family and friendship that made Boy Meets World so popular."
To add to the spoilers, Wetpaint Entertainment has reported that Rider Strong will be returning as Shawn Hunter, despite his initial decision not to make an appearance on the show.
Fans have been frantically searching for spoilers in regards to Eric Matthews, Cory's older brother, played by Will Freidle.
Ask Ausiello on TVLine recently reported, "Will Freidle is returning... maybe. The Biggest Show in Disney Channel History is casting a cousin for a new leading tween Riley, and the smart money is on Cory's big brother Eric being the parent."
Despite the speculation that has left us all very excited, Will Freidle confirmed to Mashable that he will not be returning on the show.
Freidle stated, "I will only be involved in the show as a fan. I know rumors got around that I would be joining, but I have no plans to be on right now."
The former "Boy Meets World" star stated, "Who knows what will happen - if there is a reunion show, I would go and be with everyone, but Ben [Savage] and Danielle [Fishel] will be great introducing it to a new audience."
There's a possibility of Cory's young sister, Morgan, having a child, but it has been noted that Morgan didn't play the most integral part in "Boy Meets World."
She was played by two different actresses and reportedly disappeared for a few seasons as well.
