It sounds like the "Friends" cast has already moved on with their own lives since leaving apartment 20.

Courteney Cox opened up to David Letterman on Monday's "Late Show" about the never-ending rumors that the famous gang will get back together to film a reunion movie based off their hit NBC show.
"You're sick of the question, aren't you?" Letterman asked Cox, who played Monica Geller in the popular sitcom.

"Only because once you say, 'Well, I'd like it,' then they have to contact every other cast member and be like, 'Courteney's into it!' And then I get in trouble."

"It's not gonna happen," she straightforwardly said.

Cox divulged that one of the main reasons is because she can't even round up the cast for a reunion dinner.

She even tried to channel her inner Monica to host a small get together. However, her co-stars Jennifer Aniston and Lisa Kudrow - all have busy and conflicting schedules, meaning it would be impossible to schedule any kind of reunion special.

Courteney explained: “Let me tell you something, there are six 'Friends' and I've been trying to put together a cast dinner for ten years. It doesn't happen.

For six people who worked cohesively and enjoyed critical success and fame together for a decade, fans are left wondering if there was a feud between the male cast members, although no reports came out to prove such claim.

“I can get the girls to come, maybe Matthew Perry... Matt LeBlanc cancelled last time right at the last minute, Schwimmer lives here. So it's not going to happen."

Despite Cox's statement, fans will never get tired of hoping that "the greatest gift America has given mankind', so they say, will someday get a much-awaited reunion movie. After all, anything is possible in Hollywood.
