Justin Bieber was initially scheduled for his court appearance in March. Then, it was moved to May. Now, the schedule has been delayed again, with the date set on July 7. The singer is being tried for driving under the influence.

With the trial already set on July, a preliminary hearing will be conducted on June. The rescheduling of the trial has been requested upon by the singer's lawyers. Sources are saying that the lawyers are still trying to work on a settlement outside the court.

Bieber was arrested after driving his Lamborghini in an illegal street race in Miami Beach. He was charged with driving under the influence, driving with an expired license and resisting arrest. He pleaded not guilty for all these charges.

Police officers also noted of his marijuana smoking and his intake of Xanax tranquilizers.

Indeed, this is not the first time that Bieber got in trouble with the law. In fact, he seems to be a regular name in news of celebrities having run-in with the law.

In Canada, he was also filed with charges for attacking a limousine driver in 2013. His hearing for this complaint is scheduled on May 12. He also has a record in Los Angeles for allegedly throwing eggs at a neighbor's house.

A petition has already been filed requesting White House to deport the singer to Canada. Right now, the petition has already been signed by 275,000 people. The number of signatories is still growing every single day. White House, on its end, refused to give a comment.
