Dan Bilzerian, Instagram's notorious millionaire playboy, recently added to his resume of inappropriate behavior.

His Instagram fame won't be able to help the fact that Dan Bilzerian threw a naked porn star off of a roof this week.

The 33-year-old grabbed 19-year-old Janice Griffith by the crotch and the boob and launched her from the roof of his Hollywood Hills mansion, reports HollywoodLife.com.

Griffith was participating in a photo shoot for Hustler, which we're sure he was planning to post on his Instagram, when he decided to throw Griffith off the roof, injuring her foot in the process.

The gossip website reports that Janice simply tweeted, "I broke my foot today," on the day of the incident.

The Mirror reports that Bilzerian's real intention was to throw Griffith into the pool, but unsuccessfully broke her foot after unfortunately miscalculating.

TMZ reports that the young porn star may have hired a lawyer to handle situation.

In a Skype interview with TMZ, Griffith refuses to go into detail about the incident and turns down a couple questions that are being asked as well.

Griffith also reveals that she had never met Dan in the past and that alcohol and drugs were not used the day of the incident.

When asked if she had in fact hired a lawyer, Janice simply said that she was still "figuring things out."

She reportedly claimed to have already missed several job including a photo shoot and a scene for Kink.com and won't be able to work for several more weeks.

Griffith emphasizes that the Instagram star didn't even think to apologize to her after he broke her foot.
