Olivia Wilde and fiancé Jason Sudeikis attended the 2014 Ms. Foundation Women Of Vision Gala in New York City tonight, their first red carpet event together since welcoming son Otis Alexander.

Olivia looks stunning, considering she just gave birth a week ago her adorable baby boy, Otis.

The new mom looked great in skinny black pants, a white knit T-shirt and a men's-style blazer with the sleeves rolled up. Moreover, her skin was glowing and she appeared to be wearing mascara and eyeliner but next to no makeup otherwise.

Olivia really seems to have recovered super quickly, as she was seen enjoying a sunny stroll with her baby boy in New York City on May 1, just one week after his birth!

Even though the new mom kept her son, Otis Alexander Sudeikis, covered from the son and onlookers, the smile on her face tells us she loves her new job.

Olivia shared the first official picture of Otis on Twitter just hours after he was born, writing: "Ladies and gentlemen, Otis Alexander Sudeikis has LEFT the building! (I'm the building)."

Otis was originally due on May 4, but arrived just over a week early.

Olivia Is Breastfeeding Otis.

Though the mommy updates have been minimal, Olivia does occasionally shares a nice tidbit about her new "job" with her Twitter followers.

Just recently, she wrote a hilarious tweet about a breast pump, which tells everyone that she is definitely breastfeeding Otis.

"Jason observed that a breast pump looks like something Katy Perry would wear to perform at the VMAs," she wrote, referencing her fiance and Otis' father, Jason Sudeikis.

One thing is for sure - Otis will grow up in a home filled with laughter!

Sudeikis, meanwhile, was back at work the very next day on the set of Tumbledown, where he proudly showed off pictures of Otis on his phone to costar Dianna Agron and the rest of the cast and crew.
