The Black Keys' new album, ‘Turn Blue,’ co-produced by Danger Mouse with Patrick Carney and frontman Dan Auerbach, is now streaming in full on iTunes Radio according to the Rolling Stone. The 11 track record ranges from bluesy, pop-rock songs such as "In Time") to the soulful "Year in Review,” and the title song, which can be heard in the video below! ‘Turn Blue’ is the first full-length album from the Grammy-winning duo, Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney, since 2011′s El Camino. This is their eighth studio album. The group has already released several singles from the album, including the title song ‘Turn Blue,” and a music video for the tune “Fever”. Auerbach and Carney announced their newest album in a unique way back in March: they sent out a cryptic message from Mike Tyson’s twitter account with a strange hypnotic video. The album will be released physically on May 13th.

The Black Keys frontman Dan Auerbach told Rolling Stone that the reason the group took so long between ‘El Camino’ and ‘Turn Blue’ was because the group was "this-is-your-brain-on-drugs fried." But once they wrote the album's seven-minute opener "Weight of Love,” he and Carney refrained from trying to write singles. "After that, it was like, 'We can do whatever we want – it'll be all right,'" Auerbach said in the interview. ‘Turn Blue,” as a result, is what Auerbach calls a "headphone record." "It pays off to listen more than once," drummer Patrick Carney added.

The bandmates have been keeping busy between albums. Auerbach has been producing music for Dr. John and Lana Del Rey, and Carney founded and has been producing a SiriusXM show. Buy the single –or get it as a free instant download with album preorders—at theblackkeys.com/turnblue.
