It has been reported by Anime News Network that the famous mangaka Arina Tanemura, who is behind amazing two widely-known series Full Moon wo Sagashite and Kamikaze Kaitou Jeanne, had been posting a series of Sailor Moon fan arts to her Twitter account, much to the delight of anime fans.
Coincidentally, TOEI announced earlier this year that an all-new Sailor Moon series is slated for release, with the cast and premiere date announced last month at the 20th Anniversary Project Special Stage.
While this news gave lots of excitement for all fans, could this mean that Arina will work for its creator, Naoko Takeuchi, for a special collaboration in the upcoming series? Or is she just like a normal Sailor Moon fan girl who likes to express her excitement for the new series release?
These images are just one of her amazing works posted in her Twitter page. She also did Sheryl Nome and Ranka Lee fan arts previously. Both characters appear at Macross Frontier anime series.
The new TOEI series, titled Sailor Moon Crystal, will premiere worldwide on July 5 at 7pm (Japan time) on Nico Nico Douga.
