Transformers 4 cast has added John Goodman and Ken Watanabe to join Mark Wahlberg as late additions to the Transformers: Age of Extinction voice cast. A new poster revealed on the Den of Geek website show that there are robotic dinosaurs in Transformers 4 to heighten the visual spectacle.

Optimus Prime stands next to Grimlock, defiantly holding his sword.

Transformers producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura spoke with USA Today recently, saying that the new installment features familiar characters being “bigger and badder-ass than they have ever been.”
“Michael [Bay] has always been conscientious about the need to keep topping 'the last one,’ ” explained di Bonaventura. “First, it was topping the animatedTransformers television program; now we need to top our third movie.”

Bay agreed, likening Age of Extinction to “Batman with a new suit.” “We needed to change the look from top to bottom,” he said.

“Age of Extinction” is the fourth Transformers movie from director Michael Bay, and has Mark Wahlberg leading the live-action cast.

John Goodman will play the Autobot Hound while Ken Watanabe will play Drift. Peter Cullen reprises his role as the voice of Optimus Prime, and Frank Welker takes on Galvatron.

The Transformers: Age of Extinction voice cast also includes John DiMaggio, Mark Ryan, Robert Foxworth and Reno Wilson. DiMaggio will be Crosshairs and Ryan is playing Lockdown. Foxworth reprises the role of Ratchet and Wilson returns as Brains.

Transformers: Age of Extinction opens June 27! Watch the trailer below.
