Bas Rutten does not seem to enjoy Jon Jones' fighting style. The mixed martial arts veteran turned fight commentator voiced out his opinions on "Bones", focusing on the young champion's fighting style and attitude.

"El Guapo" has been involved with fighting since 1993, wherein he mainly fought in Pancrase, Japan MMA Promotion Company, which has hybrid wrestling as a foundation. He has also fought twice in the UFC, and even bagged the heavyweight title during the first years of the organization.

That being said, Bas Rutten is no novice when it comes to the fight game. This has made him criticize light heavyweight champion Jon Jones, primarily because of the accidental eye pokes that happened at UFC 172 against Glover Texeira.

For Bas Rutten, Jon Jones can be considered as a dirty fighter.

"He is a very calm, relaxed and methodical fighter. Because of that, I am sorry that I have to say: yes, he is a dirty fighter," Rutten said in an exclusive interview with Inside MMA. Maybe he was looking down when he pushed the fingers in the eye. I didn't check that."

"But he knows exactly what he is doing at any given time, and his fingers were definitely in his face. For a long time he was constantly rubbing them in the face," he continued.

Jon Jones has been the reigning 205-pound champion since 2011, after soundly beating former PRIDE FC superstar Mauricio "Shogun" Rua.

Since then, he is undefeated, and has practically barreled through top-level competition, stopping the likes of Lyoto Machida, Rampage Jackson, and Vitor Belfort, just to name a few. But for Bas Rutten, Jon Jones is only human, and is beatable.

"I think everybody can be beaten. The thing with Jon Jones is he continues to get better everytime," Rutten explained. "He learns from his mistakes and goes back to the drawing board. But everybody is stoppable."
