Zack Snyder's reveal of the Batman Vs Superman Ben Affleck Batsuit put a lot of hype of into the movie and some people who thought that Ben Affleck would be a terrible Batman have begun to give him a chance. Here are some new details in the aftermath of the Batman vs Superman Ben Affleck Batsuit reveal.

First and foremost, the Ben Affleck Batsuit is a clear homage to the "Dark Knight Returns" and this ties in to the fact that Ben Affleck's Batman is going to be years older compared to Christian Bale's Batman.

In "Dark Knight Returns" Batman is way more jaded than he is now and in turn that leads to Batman having a more beefed up arsenal. He is certainly going to need a beefed up arsenal should he decide to fight Henry Cavill's Superman in the Man of Steel sequel.

Batman's Beefed up arsenal comes from the already available Kryptonian technology left behind by General Zod and his crew.

It has been hinted that in the beginning of the movie, Batman and Superman aren't on the same team which makes Batman an ally of Lex Luthor, those two would figure out that Superman is not "super" when under the influence of his native Kryptonian atmosphere.

In the first Man of Steel movie, we can already see that there are "Kryptonian Atmosphere Generators" based on Zod's ship where Superman was powerless because the inside of the ship replicates the atmosphere in Krypton.

A "Kryptonian Atmosphere Generator" would be more in tune with the continuity of the Man of Steel universe than introducing Kryptonite which is basically a rock that would render Superman powerless.
