Fires have been raging across San Diego County leaving at least 30 buildings and homes burning.

One person was reportedly found dead from being badly burned due to the San Diego fires in the 400-acre Poinsettia Fire in Carlsbad, according to KTLA.

A totally of 42,000 evacuation alerts have been sent out, according to the San Diego County Sheriff's Department.

Residents of the Del Dios Corridor and Mt. Israel area of San Marcos are being allowed to return to their homes as of 10:30pm, Fox 5 San Diego has reported.

However, new evacuation notices were sent out in Fallbrook as well as the Las Flores Area of Camp Pendleton as fires continue to spread.

"If you work or live in that area that's under an evacuation order, please leave. There were people in the Cedar Fire that did not heed the evacuation order and they are not here today," stated Cal Fire Division Chief Dave Allen.

He added, "We don't want any lives lost. That's the No. 1 priority."

Two people have been arrested for investigation of arson in connection with two small fires that were started near a mall, according to Southern California Public Radio.

Escondido police Lt. Neal Griffin has stated that 17-year-old teenager and 19-year-old Isaiah Silva were arrested Thursday evening after receiving a call from residents saying the two were seen starting two separate blazes.

Griffin has reportedly stated that police have yet to find any evidence linking the two to the 10 major fires that have been spreading throughout San Diego, but aren't ruling anything out.

Health advisories are being issued as smoke continues to spread across neighboring counties. Pollution authorities have warned residents that air quality may reach unhealthy levels for people with sensitivities.

Another fire in the north San Diego suburb has prompted more than 18,000 new evacuation notices.
