Sherri Shepherd Divorce: 9-Year-Old Son Under Care Of ‘Workaholic’ Mom Says Former Husband, Details Of Prenup With Lamar Sally Revealed

Sherri Shepherd filed for divorce from her husband Lamar Sally, who she wed back in 2011, according to NY Daily News.

After news of her divorce surfaced earlier this week, the details of Sherri Shepherd's prenup with her husband have been revealed.

Sally had already agreed to give Sherri Shepherd full physical custody of their child if they divorced, according to TMZ.

The prenup also grants Sally $60,000 if the marriage lasts between two and five years.

Lamar Sally had asked to invalidate their prenup based on fraud when he filed for legal separation two weeks ago.

Before their divorce, Sally had previously wanted an amendment to their prenup, which included the following, according to TMZ:

"I respect my husband's opinions and recognize him as the leader of our home. I will always speak well of my husband."

-- "I enjoy having sex with my husband. I crave intimacy with him and want to be uninhibited and free in our lovemaking."

-- "MY BODY IS IMPORTANT TO ME. I STRIVE TO MAINTAIN A HEALTHY BODY WEIGHT AND EXERCISE AT LEAST THREE TIMES A WEEK." (HIS emphasis)

-- "It is my joy to submit to my husband as a way to honor God."

Sherri Shepherd is currently fighting to keep custody of her 9-year-old son Jeffrey Jr. who she had from her previous marriage.

Ex-husband Jeffrey Tarpley's legal documents state that the comedian is a "workaholic," which has allegedly caused her to neglect her special needs son.

"Jeffrey claims Sherry regularly leaves their son with 'unskilled nannies'. . . as a result, he's falling way behind in school, suffers from low self-esteem, and has to use Velcro shoes because he can't tie laces," reports the gossip website.

Tarpley added that Sherri reportedly hasn't taught their son how to properly clean himself so hygiene has become an issue as well, according to New Pittsburgh Courier.

Sherri's ex-husband has asked the court to allow Jeffrey Jr. to relocate from New Jersey to California so he can care for his son full time.

The "Precious" actress has responded to this request by stating that Tarpley is an absentee father who "deserves no part in her son's life."

The judge has scheduled a hearing for July.
