Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice is a no show to Bravo upfronts and in turn has snubbed teh network. Teresa Was nowhere to be found at the Bravo Up fronts this Thursday in NYC and Bravo execs are pissed at Giudice. Teresa really needs to do press for Real Housewives of New Jersey because she owes that to them. Bravo has been very good to Teresa, paying her well, making her famous, and ultimately keeping her on Jersey Housewives even after Teresa was charged with 41 counts of fraud. Yes, Teresa is a money maker for Housewives causing teh most drama of any other Housewives stars in the franchise. But I do believe that Bravo also truly supports Teresa Giudice. So when she refuses to do press for RHONK, I find it annoying. But Teresa is so wrapped up in herself that she forgets how much Bravo has done for her. If Teresa was not in Real Housewives Of New Jersey, she would have gotten a much worse sentencing then if she wasn't wasn't on TV and had the financial means to hire top notch lawyers.
So in a way Teresa Guidice owes her freedom to Bravo and Housewives. "The network obviously wanted Teresa there and wanted Mrs. Guidice to talk about her legal problems because they are in the show, but she just isn't willing to do any press right now," a source close to the situation told Radar. "Bravo is totally stuck with Teresa. So Tersa is staying out of the limelight and avoiding any situation where she will have to talk about the case," the source continued. "But this is putting Bravo in a really awkward situation. Teresa is a huge draw for the show, but of course they can't force her to do anything that would put her in legal jeopardy. "Bravo is going to push as much as they can with Teresa," the source said. "She will eventually have to do press for the show, and hopefully won't be in jail when the reunion show films!"
Joe and Teresa Giudice were charged with a whopping 41 counts of fraud while taping Real Housewives of New Jersey. Joe and Teresa Giudice both admitted submitting fraudulent mortgage and loan applications and fabricating tax returns and W-2 forms. Both pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud and three types of bankruptcy fraud. Joe Giudice also pleaded guilty to failing to file a tax return for 2004, though he acknowledged he didn't file taxes on income of approximately $1 million between 2004 and 2008. We understand the severity of Joe and Teresa's court case, but Bravo and Housewives has been so good to the Giudices. Not showing up to the up-fronts is a slap in the face to the network.
Do you agree?
