Theron is on the cover of Vogue's June issue, and her relationship with Penn is one of the hot topics she's more than willing to talk about. The actors have nurtured a long-standing friendship with each other through the years.

She was candid. "It just kind of naturally happened. And before I knew it, I was in something that was making my life better - the people who really love me can see the effect it has had on me."

Theron is enjoying her singleness for the past few years, and the friendship with Penn budded and blossomed into full-blown romance, she said. But it's the shyness that I love because it's kind of a pensive quality-he susses out the situation, and then he'll step in and join the group." Theron adopted Jackson in 2012.
