Coldplay's newest album "Ghost Stories" is now available for everyone to listen and purchase. As the music reviews about to come in, Coldplay's latest work "Ghost Stories" seems like almost every song is linked to just one person: Gwyneth Paltrow.
E! Online recently reported that almost all tracks from Coldplay's album "Ghost Stories" tell a thing or two about breakups. Below are the sample lines in some songs:
"My body moves / Goes where I will / But though I try / My heart stays still / It never moves / Just won't be left / So my mouth waters to be fed / And you're always in my head." - "Always in My Head"
"Call it magic, call it true / I call it magic when I'm with you / And I just got broken, broken into two / Still I call it magic, when I'm next to you." - "Magic"
"Remember once upon a time / What I was yours and you were blind / The first would sparkle in your eyes / And mine." - "True Love"
"A flock of birds / Hovering above / Just a flock of birds / That's how you think of love / And I always look up to the sky / Pray before the dawn / 'Cause they fly always / Sometimes they arrive / Sometimes they are gone / They fly on." - "O"
Gwyneth Paltrow announced their breakup on her lifestyle blog, Goop, but kept mum on the reasons of their divorce. Meanwhile Chris remained silent and focused on his band's upcoming album release.
On a sidenote, Coldplay is trying to deliver a different sound from its previous releases. The music is now more close to being an alternative record than pop. The Daily Beast reports that this is Chris Martin's most personal and vulnerable work in music yet.
