One Direction's Zayn Malik may have already scored the much-desired 'Yes' from his girlfriend (now fiancée), Perrie Edwards, but he has not stopped surprising her. This time, he did it in an unexpected manner - by pitching in for the new house of Perrie's mother, Debbie. Indeed, more than the material token, Zayn's thoughtfulness could touch every mother's heart. What more could you ask for in a future son-in-law?

It would no longer be a surprise if One Direction star Zayn Malik will soon be known to be the epitome of the perfect and ideal son-in-law. Zayn is reportedly pitching in more than 200,000 pounds for his fiancee's mom's new house in Dorset. Initially, the bill for the mortgage should have been shouldered by Perrie. When Zayn heard of his future mother-in-law's relocation from South Shields, Tyne and Wear, he gladly and generously stepped in to take care of the expenses. True enough, both mother and daughter have plenty to smile about - having found Zayn who is not only genuinely and thoughtfully looking out for Perrie's best interests but is also caring for those who are dear to her.

During an interview with The Sun daily, a reliable source shared, "Debbie has been saying how she's got a new house. Perrie was going to get the mortgage for her and then, Zayn offered to buy it outright." At present, Debbie is still in the middle of moving in her belongings to her newly-built abode in Dorset.

Zayn and Perrie first met during One Direction's guest performance at The X-Factor. The band, 'The Little Mix', which Perrie was a member of, eventually emerged as the show's winner. The couple dated for 2 years until they got engaged in August 2013.

Another source also narrated, "He gets on really well with her family." Other sources also hinted that Zayn also bought a new family house for his doting mom, Trisha.
