Miley Cyrus ‘Delusional’ Fan Misinterprets ‘Adore You’; Emergency Restraining Order Put In Action

Miley Cyrus has been through quite a bit, from getting sick on her Bangerz tour to having to deal with a "delusional" fan recently.

The "Adore You" singer just got an emergency restraining order against a fan who allegedly said he won't stop hunting Miley Cyrus down until he's able to meet her, according to TMZ.

The fan is 24-year-old Devon Meeks. He was arrested on May 16 by LAPD's Threat Management Unit and reportedly said, "Miley speaks to him through the radio."

Meeks also reportedly stated that he hears screaming voices in his head and that he heard Miley say she "adores" him in one of her songs, reports the gossip website.

According to documents obtained by the website, Meeks told cops that they might as well "shoot him in the head" if he can't meet the 21-year-old singer.

The fan was put on a 5150 hold as of yesterday and is currently in custody at a mental health facility.

The restraining order states that Meeks has to stay at least 100 yards away from the "Wrecking Ball" singer, according to Contact Music.

Meek, who is from Arizona, was reportedly arrested outside a property in Los Angeles that he believed to belong to Miley Cyrus. The exact location of where he was found is still unknown.

His hearing is scheduled for June 16. The restraining order is hoped to be extended for at least a three-year period.

Cyrus recently had to dodge alleged pregnancy rumors after being hospitalized on April 15. She had to cancel two more concerts after being released from the hospital, which got pregnancy rumors swirling even more, according to Liberty Voice.

Although it had been announced that the former Disney star was in the hospital due to a severe allergic reaction to an antibiotic she was prescribed when she came down with the flu, this statement could potentially be false.

William Schaffner, chairman of the preventive medicine department at Medicine University in Nashville, reportedly stated, "if Miley really had the flu, she should never have been prescribed with an antibiotic."
