The hype for Sword Art Online grows as Aniplex USA began streaming the English subtitled trailer of Sword Art Online season 2.

The original trailer was first uploaded by German distributer Peppermint TV and thanks to Aniplex USA, SAO fans will have an idea of what Sword Art Online season 2 is all about.

Sword Art Online season 2 will focus on the Gun Gale Online arc where in Kirito was asked to play the game to investigate a series of murders that is somehow linked with assassinations within GGO. Kirito will also encounter a female player named Sinon who is an expert sniper within the game, and she will serve as Kirito's rival much to his chagrin.

Anime News Network reported before that The Anime Expo 2014 will play host to a special SAO event which will feature SAO creator Reki Kawahara and character designer abec while Crunchyroll will be streaming the season 2 on July 5. The series will stream in China on LeTV, in Taiwan on i-funtv, in French-speaking countries (France, Switzerland, Belgium, Algeria, Monaco, Tunisia, and in Quebec, Canada) on Wakanim and Daisuki will stream the series in the rest of Europe.

Additionally, the show will air in Korea on the cable TV station Aniplus and will also air in Thailand and Singapore on cable TV. The show will also air in Japan via Tokyo MX TV on July 5 at 11:30 p.m. before the show also airs on MBS, TV Aichi, tvk, BS11 and several other stations. The series will also stream in niconico and the d Anime Store.

The release dates for Sword Art Online: Hollow Fragment game in North America and Europe has been revealed.

PushSquare reports that the PS Vita game will have a release date this summer in North America, while the release date in Europe is scheduled this coming July. The game has already been released in Japan last April and American and European fans of SAO can't wait to play SAO: Hollow Fragment this summer.
