There have been numerous updates and rumors surrounding Kingdom Hearts 3 from its official release dates and game features to its plotline and the characters added to the game.

According to reports from Video Gamer, Square Enix game producer Yoshinori Kitase hinted that Kingdom Hearts 3 along with Final Fantasy XV is being developed on a priority basis.

We can't give too much information but certainly looking at Final Fantasy XV, it's not as if it's in competition with Kingdom Hearts 3 for resources or anything like that."

Yoshinori further adds that;

"It's quite far into development now and it is being given a very high priority within the company itself, but that doesn't mean Kingdom Hearts isn't."
