"Orange Is The New Black" has returned on Netflix on Friday at 12:01a.m.
Spoilers and details for season 2 have been surfacing as the premiere of the show approaches.
"Lots of feathers are ruffled. There's going to be one crazy surprise after another," says Jason Biggs, who plays Larry on the show.
The show has gotten so big since its launch last July that USA Today speculates that "Orange Is The New Black" may even make it into the Emmy race, as Netflix show "House of Cards" did last year.
The first episode of season 2 will take place almost completely outside of Litchfield and focus on two characters, according to the spoilers reported by TV Line.
Jodie Foster, who directed the "Lesbian Request Denied" episode in season 1 has returned to help with the season 2 opener "Looks Red, Tastes Blue."
Lori Petty of "A League of Their Own" and Lorraine Toussaint of "Any Day Now" will be appearing in the new episodes.
Laura Prepon's "reduced presence" in the upcoming season of the show will reportedly be addressed in the first episode as well.
There will reportedly be an "unlikely liplock between two inmates" within season 2 of the show.
The addicting dramedy apparently presents surprises for the cast of the show as well.
"To tell you the truth a lot of us don't know what's going to happen. I don't know my own backstory. We're all posed on the edge of something," states Kate Mulgrew, who plays Russian inmate, Red.
