Agent Carter TV Series News: Howard Stark Confirmed As Hayley Atwell Talks About Dominic Cooper Return As 'Iron Man's Dad'! Will The Howling Commandos Join The Show?

Good news Marvel fans, Howard Stark will join Marvel and ABC'S new TV series Agent Carter.

According to reports from the Telegraph, Agent Carter's leading actress Hayley Atwell mentioned that Dominic Cooper will reprise the role of Iron Man's dad in the series as the British born actress jokingly plans on pranking Dominc Cooper in the set of Agent Carter.

"He's incredibly naughty. So I'm going to start the pranks as early as I can. He will come up with some very good ones, too."

Although it isn't clear yet if Dominic Cooper's character will be series regular or guest character within the show, Marvel Studios express their desire to bring Howard Stark into the series as he is created as one of the core founders of S.H.I.E.L.D. in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Howard Stark in the show will likely play a sarcastic flirt/genius inventor as he provides Peggy Carter with latest high tech arsenal the 40's has to offer.

Meanwhile, Captain America's commando team, The Howling Commandos are rumored to join Agent Carter TV series.

CBR reports that Dum Dum Dugan and Gabe Jones are the only members to join the show. Dum Dum Dugan (Neal McDonough) was the muscle of group while Gabe Jones (Derek Luke) acted as the linguist and interpreter. Other characters that are said to be included in the show are Betsy Ross, and the Falsworth siblings; Brian and Jacqueline Falsworth.

Agent Carter will have 13-episodes, and is stated to air between the 2014 and 2015 alongside Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. season 2.
