Miss USA 2014 winner Nia Sanchez takes the crown and the great boyfriend! The beauty queen who earned the coveted title just last night is a real-life Disney princess, and she's dating actor Daniel Booko.
The 24-year-old gushed about the love of her life during a press conference honoring her big win where she revealed that the two had been dating for over a year.
So just who is the hunky man on Sanchez's arm? Well, the Miss USA 2014 boyfriend starred in several hit movies such as The Hunger Games and X-Men: First Class and has also appeared on the ABC Family series Pretty Little Liars.
He's also incredibly supportive of his leading lady and took to Instagram last night to congratulate her on her big victory. "I can't believe!! I love and am so proud of u baby!!! it's gonna gonna be an amazing year!!!! #missusa2014#teamnia #proudboyfriend," he wrote.
And there's another Hollywood connection with the newly crowned Miss USA and her boyfriend. It turns out that Booko is pals with none other than Evan Ross and his fiancée Ashlee Simpson.
Ross celebrated Sanchez on Instagram as well writing, "Congrats!!! @missnvusa2014 so excited for you. I'm sure you and my brother @danielbooko are celebrating. You won!!!!"
During the press conference, Sanchez also admitted that she can't wait to splurge on some Italian food after weeks of prepping for the competition. "Anything hearty," she admitted, when asked what she was craving. "I'm excited."
She also explained that she's beyond ecstatic to visit New York City, adding that Booko would need to move there if she decided to make the Big Apple her home.
Looks like there's no possibility for a long-distance relationship here!
Some tidbits about Miss USA 2014, before the California-born beauty was vying for a tiara, she and her family were just looking for a place to live. When she was just six years old, Nia and her mother stayed in a women's shelter for two months before moving in with a relative. "It was great because they provided day care for us while she was out there trying to save up," the beauty queen said in an interview with Las Vegas Weekly. Now, she volunteers with Shade Tree, a women's shelter in Las Vegas.
