Mortal Kombat X Features Brutal And More Violent Gameplay [VIDEOS] Ed Boon Rumored To Add Raiden, Shang Tsung, Mileena, And Zombie Liu Kang In The Game

NettherRealm Studios are making headlines right now on their latest game, Mortal Kombat X at E3 2014 event this week.

Mortal Kombat X featured some of the most impressive display of game violence and brutality never before seen in past Mortal Kombat games. NetherRealm Studios andMortal Kombat creator Ed Boon has certainly surprised fans by showing the first trailer of the game last week and several gameplay videos were streamed by various gaming websites.

New characters were shown in Mortal Kombat joining classic characters Sub-Zero and Scorpion. These characters include Johnny Cage and Sonya Blade's daughter, Cassie Cage, the humanoid insect creature D'Vorah, the barbarian pair of Ferra and Torr, and a mysterious hulking man named Kotal Kahn.

Each characters has a unique set of moves as well combined moves from past characters for instance Cassie Cage has both her parents move set while Ferra/Torr uses tag team like mauevers to fight oppenents. Each fighter can choose a move set called "Variations" for players to further explore these characters and which variation is suited for a match. Environmental gameplay and new X-Ray move set have greatly improved not to mention a more brutal, graphic and violent "Fatality".

Meanwhile, Ed Boon has promised that they're will be more characters in Mortal Kombat X as they plan on creating more new characters as well as adding classic ones in the game.

An alleged Mortal Kombat fan page hinted that both NetherRealm and Ed Boon are adding four classic characters in Mortal Kombat. These are Raiden, Shang Tsung, Mileena, and the zombie version of Liu Kang.

Ed Boon mentioned before to gaming fans that they will likely see some of characters having signs of aging. While they are not certain which of these characters are going to join Mortal Kombat X, fans anxious to see which of these will characters will show up.

For now, Mortal Kombat X did a very good impression to gaming fans, and will likely see new developments from the game very soon.
