Miiranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom split update comes from the Aussie model herself, who bared her feelings about the end of her three-year marriage with the "Lord of the Rings" actor.
In an interview with fashion magazine The Edit, the former Victoria's Secret Angel said that the Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom split in October last year still ended in amicable terms.
Miranda Kerr even said that her estranged husband will always be "family" to her, The Daily Mail reported.
The 31-year-old model added that her spiritual peacefulness is her source of strength and has helped her cope up with her split with "The Lord of the Rings" actor.
"Every thought you think is powerful and we have a conscious choice every day to change our thoughts and therefore change our reality and therefore create a happier existence," she told Net-A-Porter's fashion magazine as she graced its latest issue.
On dealing with the gloomy phases in her life like that of the break-up, she said, "We all have bad days and negative emotions. But I've realized it's important to sit with it and let it pass, and if it doesn't pass, choose a thought that will help it pass."
The stunning blue-eyed model shared that it is important to have perspective and always look at the best in every situation.
For now, her attention is with her three-year-old son with "The Lord of the Rings" actor, Flynn, whom she considers as the one she has been grateful for.
The Aussie model said she is in her happiest when she's taking a stroll in the park or being in the beach with her son. Orlando Bloom's ex even added that privacy is always important to her especially now that she's a mother.
While the Miranda Kerr and Orlando Bloom split news was greatly covered in the news, The US Magazine reported that unknown to many, the Australian beauty stopped modeling full-time for a while to focus on her studies on nutrition.
After gaining a certification of being a health practitioner, Miranda Kerr then developed her new skincare line KORA Organics.
