Justin Bieber Attempted To Steal Woman’s iPhone? More Legal Problems Follow

Justin Bieber has had a string of legal problems follow him in the past year.

However, the "Baby" singer will reportedly not be facing felony charges in the alleged attempted robbery of a woman's cell phone, according to Entertainment Weekly.

The Los Angeles County district attorney has ruled that the May 12 altercation at a miniature golf course "does not warrant felony prosecution," according to legal documents obtained by the website.

The charges were reportedly filed by a woman who accused the "Boyfriend" star of trying to steal her iPhone when she spotted him at the batting cages in the Sherman Oaks Castle Park.

The woman reportedly told the Los Angeles Police Department robbery/homicide detectives that she put her phone in her purse when the singer's bodyguard asked her to not take pictures.

The report reads that Justin Bieber "approached and accused her of videotaping him," demanding to see her phone. The 20-year-old then "reached into her purse and pulled the phone out" and the two "tussled over it for a moment."

"I'm not recording, I'll show you," the woman had told police.

Bieber allegedly responded, "Why don't you leave, you're embarrassing your daughter." The woman's 13-year-old daughter was crying before the incident broke because she was so excited to see Bieber close up, according to investigators.

The troubled star has reportedly agreed to a plea bargain after being charged with driving under the influence, resisting arrest and driving without a valid license in Miami back in January, according to the Mirror.

The Canadian pop star will plead guilty to dangerous driving and the other charges will be dismissed, according to TMZ.

It has been reported that the singer will pay an undisclosed fine and attend anger management classes as part of the deal.
