Rocksteady Studios' new Batman game, Batman: Arkham Knight will have a new character, and this one is a little outside of the Batman mythos as Starling city's own Green Arrow joins the game.
MotoringCrunch reports that Green Arrow will join the cast of Batman: Arkham Knight as a post from Facebook hints that the Arrow TV series star, Stephen Amell will voice Green Arrow/Oliver Queen in the game.
Further reports hinted that there might be an "Arrow" video game in the works.
According to reports from Classicalite, Stephen Amell suggested an Arrow video game with Grand Theft Auto style of gameplay after seeing the latest Batman: Arkham Knight trailer in E3 2014. Stephen Amell posted a photo of the Arrow video game titled "Grand Theft Auto: Starling City" to prove his point.
Amell previously lent his voice to the alternate skin of Green Arrow in Injustice: Gods Among Us and will likely do it again in Arkham Knight.
Meanwhile, Arkham Knight's release date might have been revealed due an interview with Batman voice actor Kevin Conroy as he accidentally slip the month when the game will be available.
"It was supposed to come out in January, we've been working on it for a year and a half, it's still not done. So it's gonna come out next January."
